1.)    (March 2)  TDI, Gallaudet University, and Participatory Culture Foundation filed reply comments with the U.S. Copyright Office to recommend, and the Librarian to grant, four exemptions from the anti-circumvention measures of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act for motion pictures and audiovisual works delivered via Internet Protocol or fixed disc-based media for the purpose of improving accessibility, or in the alternative, a broader accessibility-oriented exemption for several classes of work.
